• Your web site can NOT contain any adult material, warez, or racist material.

• The primary language of your site must be English.

• Your E-mail Address must be valid.

• The file size on your button must be under 10k.

• You may NOT artificially inflate traffic for a higher ranking.

• TopFreeGraphics.com reserves the right to remove sites without notification.
